It takes a community to ensure continuous improvement, and we are proud to have all of you as special supporters. A small fee is incorporated in the registration fee to allow us to offset your travel CO2e, thereby mitigating the environmental impact of your travel to this event.
The conference fee includes attendance to the conference, lunches on Thursday and Friday, welcome reception on Wednesday and dinner on Thursday, as well as all coffee breaks.

** 1-day fee includes attendance to the conference on Thursday OR Friday, and welcome reception on Wednesday OR dinner on Thursday, depending on arrival and departure time.
*** Non-members include official Tourist Boards, Convention Bureaux and City Marketing Organisations, as well as Regional or National Tourist Boards and Convention Bureaux that are not CityDNA Members. Information on how to become CityDNA Member can be found on CityDNA Website.
**** Other organisations refer to organisations that are not a DMO, like industry associations, commercial companies, consultants, etc.

All registrations should be accompanied by full payment of the registration fee. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received.The conference fee is payable by bank transfer, PayPal or credit card to CityDNA.

In case of cancellation by March 22, 2024, a cancellation fee of 100 € will be charged. From March 23, 2024, there will be no refund. However a name change can be accommodated at no charge. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.
